Here, you'll find shopping centers and a bakery just a short stroll away. there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity for you to explore without having to venture too far.

Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. Tried to make the stay pleasurable. Breakfast buffet very good with a wide choice of dishes. Good location for shops and border crossing to Singapore of rail connections to other parts of Malaysia.

The lift was small and quite often working properly. When lift renovation complete this should improve the facilities.Rooms adequate but the bathroom was as small as in Tune hotels!

The rooms of the hotel were newly renovated and functional with even a safe box, extra bed, for example. Coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were provided. Had convenient location next to City Square mall, near Komtar Jbcc.

Great location right next to the central station, a mall, street food stalls, shops, and an Indian restaurant. Plus, all the shopping centers and dining spots are nearby! 🛍️

The elevator was not working well. Otherwise, it would have been perfect!

The room was functional and the bathroom was fairly clean. the breakfast was delicious. the view overlooking the city was nice. the location was unbeatable and nice, with everything just a short walk away. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop.

Newly renovated rooms were clean, but needs to be maintained well

The lift is still under renovation in oct 2011, there were moments when the old lift is broken & we had to wait 20 mins for it to be fixed. When we decided to take the stairs up to 7th floor, we realised the stair way has not been renovated. It was very dodgy there!

Comfortable room and within the central district.

The lifts sucks! One is being replaced and hence can't be used. The other very often breaks down! Can you imagine what it was like for me on the 10th floor when the lift was down? I will not go back until both lifts are replaced! Security can be an issue. They should close the entrance away from the main entrance to prevent unwelcomed visitors!

The wheelchair accessible room with a shower, upgraded interiors, and strong WiFi were all available; the hotel's location was excellent in a tourist hotspot!

Hotel is near/walking distance to City Square Mall and Malaysian ciq if you're going to Singapore. Staff very friendly, serves their customers very well.

One elevator is very slow and very small. The 2nd one is still under constuction. Shower water is difficult to control the temperature. Noisy at lower levels, can hear vehicles on the street.

Everything was good, favourable location next to jb central terminal and big mall jb city square and mall & station and JB Shopping, just perfect experience. The room was new-fashioned and newly decorated with a view, just what we needed.

The place was spotless, and the staff was professional and accommodating, granting an additional key card upon request.

The staffs was well trained, all ready with smiles, greetings and assistant and even though the lift was a bit of a problem overall its been a great pleasure staying at this hotel. Hoping that the hotel will maintain its service standard of the hotel cleanliness as well as the staffs in a long run.

Maybe after the lift upgrading there wont be any problem
